Also, encouraging passwords like POoih34p38iq is stupid.  Passwords like that are trivial to crack and almost impossible to remember.  On the other hand a pass PHRASE such as "the cow jumped over the moon" is almost impossible to hack and TRIVIAL to remember.

I definitely disagree with phrase passwords. Most brute force utilities focus on combinations of english words. Best password is nonsense garble with uppercase, lowercase, and symbols. You will see that in literally any business-level enterprise.

The OP has a point. Instead of regularly changing passwords, which is a hassle and might lead to issues, just enable 2FA and you will never get hacked.

Tougher passwords to crack are pwords like these: kJHK^&%T*09KNjklj^&
