Account Stolen (password changes recently)

My account was stolen a few hours ago... I changed my password this friday for 3º time....  seems useless change the password if the staff cant protect our accounts.

You should get definitely get 2 Factor Authentication. I've never had a security issue, and definitely won't now that I have it. https://elysium-project.org/control

You can set it to either require 2FA every log in, or only when IP changes.

Unfortunately, Elysium staff does not recover items from compromised accounts. There are too many variables that could be exploited (You could have a friend 'hack' your account, and stage this, for example). There are a couple of exceptions, like quest items that are impossible to re-obtain. 

The best thing you can do is prevent this from happening in the future, with 2-Factor Authentication. I'm sorry for your loss.

You shouldn't delete your account. just activate 2FA and you will never be hacked again.
