danitalents 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2017 Ok, everything was working fine until today. Every time I try to log in with the pin generated by the autenticator I get an error message stating that the password, account name or the pin is incorrect and I'm unable to log. I can log to the website but not to the game (the application is synced). I tried to disable the autenticator but I'm not receiving any mail. What am I supposed to do? Have a lovely day, Dani

Sentrosi 0 Report post Posted January 31, 2017 Melhart: try syncing the time (if you use Google Authenticator, it's the menu icon in the top right > Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now). Then (with your WoW client closed) delete your WDB folder. Wait for the code on your authenticator to change, then try to log in. This has helped some people connect with two-factor authentication.

Does not work. It is getting to the point that logging in is next to impossible. To clarify, I have my password copied in the clipboard. If I do not get the authentication code input in the first 2-3 seconds it resets to a new code, I get the "Information is not valid..." error. The rest of the cycle, it is a complete waste to even try it. This is beyond irritating. Edited January 31, 2017 by Glerbo clarification

Erjh8765 19 Report post Posted January 31, 2017 Can confirm something might be wrong with the authenticator and game client. -Can log into Control Panel, okay. -However, logging into the game took me about 8 minutes of failed login attempts. Was entering correct 6-digit code and getting "Call Customer Service" or "Info entered Not Valid". I deleted WDB, however, this did not help. I just managed to log in after 8 minutes of trying different 6 digit codes, and after having logged into Gontrol Panel on website. My iphone's time is always automatically synced with time servers, as there is such an option in the GENERAL SETTINGS app, and it is turned on. So, admins might want to have a look at the way the Game Client and authenticator interact.
