For PvP its definately a TRI-Spec but for PVE you can either play Resto, Feral DPS or with the right Item and a couple of Money Feral TANK. Without Lap/Fap potions or skull of impend doom and what not , just your own skills i could kill 90% people in 1 vs 1 similar geared ofc.
