Do Elysium GMs answer to in-game tickets?

Hiya,

 

Do Elysium GMs answer to in-game tickets? I've submitted a few and never gotten a response. I have a specific issue conserning an item I accidentally destroyed. Thanks in advance! Cheers.

There are very few incidents in which they restore an item.  Read the TOU and see if yours meets the requirements.  If it doesn't, that's probably why you aren't getting a response.

Says "Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them." right in there, and my item was the Chained Essence of Eranikus that you must have in order to deliver the quest The Essence of Eranikus. Yes, it also works as an aoe dot trinket, but that is beside the point; it is a unique quest item, and that's that. How can I prove that I was on an instance run and obtained that item if I literally don't have the one thing that is the only viable proof, which is the item in itself? I have the quest in my log though, which you do not meet the requirements of if you haven't killed The Shade of Eranikus and looted the item from him, so you wouldn't be able to get the quest in that case.

They won't restore that item. What they're referring to are critical quest items such as the Onyxia attunement neck, etc.
