Xen 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2017 (edited) Hello, So I was away for about a week, and today I decided to play some WoW. But it happened so, that 2FA said NO. I enter my login and my password, and then this tiny window appears. I enter the code, that my smartphone shows me, aaaand it says that something is incorrect. Same on the website, when I try to login in the control panel. I've already changed my password and tried with new one - same here, it says, that login info is wrong. Since I'm absolutely sure this is neither login, nor password...this is 2FA. The questions are: 1. How can I login into the game? 2. How can I login into the website? 3. How can I switch off this 2FA, since I can't login in the control panel? Thank You in advance! p.s. No, I'm not blind and during all these attempts my code from 2FA was entered correctly. p.p.s.
