does closed account = banned account?

After searching on the forums, I found my question is popular amongst others and wanted clarification.

"no longer available for use" = closed.

"temporarily suspended" = not closed, but suspended

Does no longer available for use mean the same as banned? What are differences of closed and banned? I understand suspended...

In the taking this quest on trying to find out "what happened" you will be wandering the Barrens for days.

Even if you put in your appeal (like they tell you classically) there is not ever feedback or information ever.

I've have yet to find anyone actually speak to an admin about this.

Some people are actually posting all there email/account information in the open in a attempt to get assistance.(can you smell desperation/security breach?)

On the help section? No, since appeals have to be posted in the proper "ban appeal" section. Only GM's can view and answer to the topics there, we players can only create appeals there.

 

Do I know players that got unbanned or an answer there? Yes, I do very well since 2 of my guildmates got banned not that long ago.

They are not providing feed back to players. I am just reading this on other forum posts. And people are indicating this.

In the disclaimer they say they do not have to tell you anything and as a rule they don't. (exceptions maybe? sure).

Maybe its a benefit of being the only game in town (for now)

I asked on discord how long it would take when there is a answer on ban appeals. 24-48 hrs I heard.

Hope they unban people tho, seems like a common problem
