How do I see a ban reason/note?

I was suddenly banned in the middle of playing and I don't know why. I am definitely not happy about this because I spend a lot of time on my character. I didn't get an email. How do I view my ban reason?

You have to fill out a ban appeal in the ban appeal forum.  Staff are not obligated to reply in a way you would find acceptable though.

They don't reply at all. I too was banned out of no where for no reason. I've had 24 views on my ban appeal and no response. RIP.

Free service or not, it's some pretty shady and lazy bullshit. To think I supported something like this is just infuriating. 7 days of my life down the drain because they're too lazy to ensure their bans are legit.

I did and ended up banning myself. And it wasn't even my fault!! Them players cheat and them gms are evil.

Hello Klan, Information for you.

You can read though recent forum posts re: banned / suspended gather up what other people are saying.

Lots of non-admin forum trolls types will tell you there is a (pointless) process for "appealing" your ban (LOL<-extra).

They may or may not get back to you.

And based on what i am reading if they do it is limited (vague) information i.e. "Banned for hacking <period>"

Permanent bans include closing the account. You will get a notification your account has been closed and is no longer available when you log in.

Temporary/provisional bans will state you are temporarily banned when you try and log in. You may be able to appeal a provisional ban.

doesn't it make sense to at least be informed why? Mine is suspended but i have no clue why since I was offline two days prior.
