Hello ! Im so unhappy ! My items are gone !

Hello... First of all sorry for my english..

Today when i was log the game, my char is completly naked ! I was shocked and it makes me so unhappy ! Because i dont have any gear and all of my money has gone ! Money is ok but i cant kill anything with 0 gear.. Please im so unhappy, i want to back my items. I was changed my account password. I spent of 12 hours per a day for my job and i can online only 2-3 hours per night.. My efforts went to waste.. Please help me :(

No doubt, your account was hacked along with many others.

Is there any particular reason you guys won't give back hacked items? Blizzard has always done it for people who got hacked on retail I think, not sure tho.

I don't know, but I'd guess they just can't afford to deal with every hacked account trying to find out if it was indeed hacked or is it just some guy who sent his stuff somewhere and wants to "get it back" for free.

i think they can see our ip's who connect our accounts. Maybe they can see it.
