Paruchen 0 Report post Posted February 9, 2017 (edited) Hello Team.... I've woke up today and logged my character ... Started to make a cofee and when I came back after 4-5 m I was dc.... I logged and my account was stripped off his gear....... all my bags were emptied and gold was gone.... managed to change my password immediateley... Is there possibly anything that can be done to recover ;((( I logged between 10:45-10:55 server time (A guildy saw me logging 10-15m before loggin. You shouldnt use same account name and/or password ANYWHERE on the internet, least of all on other private server projects like feenix, kronos, warmane, etc. This is most likely how you got hacked. 2. GMs dont restore stuff to hacked accounts as far as I know. 3. Activate 2FA and you'll never ever get hacked again. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
SaintPaul 1 Report post Posted February 9, 2017 (edited) Sadly the Dev team have already stated that they will not restore any lost/stolen gold or items. All you can do is start over. Also find out how you were hacked. Have you used your username and password combination on other servers elsewhere? Do you have anti-virus / anti-malware software installed? Have you run a scan to check for keyloggers recently? Be sure to find out how or you risk being hacked again.
