Went to level lockpicking and....

all the footlockers are not spawning in durnhole keep or in wetlands....not sure about anywhere else but now i'm stuck and can't get any higher on lockpicking without grinding slow af on pickpocket boxes....intended?

Some boxes take a while to spawn, I've leveled on those boxes yesterday evening.

I have also noticed the immense lack of respawning lockboxes and footlockers; yet not in Durnholde but in Sar'theris Strand and I think in Angor Fortress. Now I must admit that I have not yet spent a lot of time in Angor Fortress, looking for the footlockers but in Sar'theris Strand, I've spent about two god damn hours without having a single footlocker respawn. For the record, I was the only one in the area, I knew what they looked like and where they should have respawned, so there's no way I could have missed them. 

As for today, I've spent about half an hour in Anger Fortress without any luck whatsoever. So I thought there might be a known issue about this so I figured I should check the forums and the bug tracker about it and found one:

Under the "Rogue" section of the list, it reads:

Clearly there is some issues regarding this that needs to be adressed.

Right now - Rogues are, more or less, one big bug.

They should start by fixing stealth and stealth detection...

..... if they can.
