Post Server Restart - Logging in Results in Immediate Disconnect After World Loads

Loading completes, I get a single frame of gameplay seeing where my character is and then instantly disconnect. Tried on one account, two different characters, same problem.

Yes, I've tried this with addons and without them on two different servers.  Same result.
