GenieJ 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2017 Hi, i just found the bow Hurricane http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=2824 and noticed it does not have the chance on hit frost dmg. I tried to find out on google if it was added during a later patch but could not find anything.
