Question of guild raid gear sell to ask GM

Dear Game Master,

   I am the guild master of Monitor in Anathema, our guild decided to sell certain gears in MC, gears we don’t need will be traded by “flask of titan” or “black lotus”. Any gold or money is not accepted in the trade.Here I want to ask your permission to do so.

Also I wonder if the source of “flask of titan” or “black lotus” is illegal, and we are not informed by our buyers, do we get punishment for that?

Selling raid loot for gold is allowed.

If you are in contact with gold sellers, you could be in trouble as well. I cannot give you a general rule as it depends on the context.
