Item Lost from AH

Hi, I bought "the greatest race of hunters" book from AH and didnt got it on mail. My name is sonas at game. I lost the gold btw.

Tryed writing a ticket but is not working to recover items.

They don't restore lost items.

All they need to see is that the iten never got into my inventory but the gold was spent on AH.

So using the AH is a risk now?

Hm, usually this stuff is user error.  Mailbox too full, or bid instead of buy.  Check all possibilities my friend.
