be banned need help

i am a horde player reach rank 12 last week, but last night, my account was banned, ive asked at Ban Appeals asap, but till now i have no answer, even no one tell me ban reason excactlly, 

i guess i must involved in this ridiculous win trade, as u know, horde side cost over 10mins to queue, theres no reason for horde player give up after this long time waiting.

As it said , i should be benefited in this trade but the truth is i get nothing and do no harm to both horde and ally side. I have to cost over 18 hours per day to get high rank and no one pay it for me. get high rank is guilty? am i do something harm to this server? i cant understand.

i need an answer, if i really do the wrong thing , i feel sorry and accept all punishment . 

but if i just do the normal thing a player can do , pls give my account back, that is all i want.

i have no complain with gms but appreciate their hard work, and hope this server go well because this is a game we really loved.

Hey bro, ive done that last night , but till now there's no respond and it's over 20hours. I can do nothing but write this for some help

Some people I know had to wait 7 days before they got a ban. They have to look over all the logs, look at what GM's scouted, talk to them over multiple time-zones, etc.

Then they come back and say: "This has been confirmed. This ban will not be lifted." or: "A mistake was made, and the ban on this account has been lifted." -- it can take awhile, but if you're a ranker, guilty or innocent, it's guarenteed to fuck you this week.
