Dual monitor question

Is it possible to run this version windowed and maximized on a second (not primary) monitor?  This forum doesn't seem to have a search function, and all my attempts to Google an answer just brings up topics on multboxing (which I don't intend to do).

If it IS possible to play on a second, non-primary monitor Windows and Maximized, how do I do this?  Am I missing something in the Graphics or Interface options?  Also, choosing just 'Windowed' then moving the window to the second monitor, then choosing 'Maximized' just puts it back on my Primary monitor.

You can use any multibox software for it, ofcourse w/o using keybindings features.

Multiboxing is not allowed - keybindings or not.

But I don't think this is the intention - he just want to play the game on the secondary monitor, while keeping the primary monitor free.

Yes, exactly.  But apparently, there isn't an easy way to do this.  I guess I could just move monitors.  *sigh*  Thank you for the responses.
