Problem with channel losing default settings

Something happened, I have no idea what, with my AI. Everything somehow got toggled off in my channels. I've manually gone through and checked the appropriate boxes(so far as i can see) but there are a few things that still don't display:

 

battleground messages

group invites

group declines

I don't see the boxes where I can turn those back on

I realized that the problem is im not seeing any system messages and I can't click on them to turn on a check mark to enable them. does anyone know how to turn system messages back on?

Sorry didn't read as well as I should have. Have you disabled your addons and try to enable your chat options again?

I had a similar problem, as the author, have not seen posts /s and /y, by trial and error, I realized that I have always shown they are only in the General channel in the other channels do not always. So I have included in the channel, General Raid, BG, party, s, and y
