Rare Spawn.... Bots?

I'm not exactly new to the private server scene. On Zeth'kur is the 1st time I've ever noticed rare spawns being killing at exact spawn times in zones. I'm not sure if this is because of an addon used by players to "radar" rares in zone, but I have noticed that all rare spawns in each zone are often dead all at the same time. I've camped and camped certain spawns. I will go hit a mine for less than 1 minute and come back to a dead rare spawn and no other mobs killed near. Is there any insight from the admin or gm team as to why or how these spawns are being killed so fast and at the time of spawn ( I will assume across and entire zone) some good examples of this are in Burning Steppes, Blasted Lands, and Azshara.

Any insight would be much appreciated.

True i try to kill Prince Nadjek for Hours and he never lives. I´ve even been swimming around alone once, until suddenly i hear battle-sounds watching someone to kill him. Even so i´ve never seen the mob or the Player before and i passed that area 1 minute ago. (Again i was still in hearing the Battlesounds range when it started)
