Lvl 60 warrior Stuck on skill 5/5 wepons

Every attack against me in a crushing hit so I am just getting slaughtered. I can't even raid / pvp / dungeon. The game is unplayable.

Can someone just help me instead of passing it off to another GM EVERYTIME.

They don't care. They will probably tell you to create a new character because they don't want to deal with it.

I have never been so speechless in my life. Instead of solving the problem, I have just gone to login to the account this morning and they have closed it down!

 

Great support team here! I ask for help for multiple days and instead of solving the situation or coming back to me, you close the account down with no information?
