All that can be found in any retail product. Go abandon all games you have installed on your PC cuz some random idiots did/does something you wouldn't.

I came here to stay and I, and probably many others, are sick and tired of your bullshit. If you don't like it - leave. 

Go check ArcheAge - more downtime and issues in recent months than in all private servers combined.

Have you saw GW2 tech section of forum after HoT was released? It was SWARMING with people who simply couldn't connect or download the game.

Remember... those are games where PAYING is a thing. ArcheAge is f2p but people are subscribing alot for perks because if you don't, it's pretty much worthless game, more like a demo. 

 

Everything I mentioned above is present in any other game. If certain game doesn't have bots and goldseller it's either has amazing protection (which is rare) or it's not as attractive for goldsellers as this PRIVATE SERVER is. This only speaks of magnitude of the server and it's impact on a GAMING INDUSTRY. Remember... basically all mainstream media ARE aware that we exist! There is many maaaanny maaaaaannnnyyyy retail products that would kill for media exposure that WE have.

Trion's games have been DDoSd multiple times and none was bitching as hard you are doing it here.

Before you start bitching HERE, in this topic... please consider that:

- someone has to put aside his FREE TIME to solve this

- someone is NOT PAYED to provide you anything of what you see here

- that certain someone has to postpone everything he planned to make the server work for YOU. Are you smart enough to realize that it means someone has to actually call his friends and say something like "guys, server is down, we are being DDoSed so I gotta work my ass off to figure out what to do to prevent people bitching about stuff I do for free which wastes my time and affects my family and friends... to make it short, I can't make it today, cancel it. I'm sorry."

- private server is and always will be passion driven thing. There is none who would love to see it work more then staff. Your bitching doesn't make it better.

- you should consider getting a girlfriend, hobby outside your room... JOB. If you are bitching about private server being down it only means your life is meaningless.

Heh, GW 2 was just pathetic. It was infested with teleport hackers farming every node right at launch. Every vein I ever saw in the game had people teleport right time on it every few seconds, mining it, then teleporting to the next one. The economy was fucked before it was even established. People also botted out the ass, in PACKS, and they did fuck all about it. Gold was worthless and max level characters were being sold for pennies on the dollar in auctions. It usually takes a new game a year or many months to become as fucked as GW 2 was mere weeks. What did they do about it? They tried to run their own cash shop alongside all of the third parties, who you'd think they'd want to ban out of the game, for the sake of their own revenue. But Blizzard now does this as well. I guess the mentality is "can't beat em, join em".

In a good economy, the things you want to sell are valuable, and the things you want to buy don't cost too much.
In a fucked economy, the opposite is true. The things you want to sell are worthless, and the things you want to buy cost a fortune.
Remember that.
