How to go about getting my quest items back

So, i made a post about getting hacked, and have since decided, with the backing of my guild, to continue with my toons, and re gear them. was told i could get my quest gear back, but nothing else. Just need help as to how i do this. thanks.

Quest Item Restoration Procedure Change

After internal discussion the GM team is modifying the Quest Item restoration procedure. The TOU is unchanged, all restorations will always be at the discression of the attending GM, but we are going to be more accommodating regarding restoration of IMPORTANT quest item rewards.

What are these Quest ID's and Item ID's and where do I find them?

If you goto one of the item database websites and search for the item/quest you will see in the address bar at the top of the screen a number, that is the item/quest number required for your ticket. If you need help obtaining an item or quest number make a ticket and the GM's can help you.
