How to Transfer From Nostalrius PVE to Elysium Project Realms?!

Hi! Well, I can't really figure out how to transfer my Nostalrius PvE account to any of the realms, here. Could anyone help? Thanks!

You can't transfer the Nostalrius accounts anymore.

They left the project 2-3 months ago.
