Ban Reason/Notes:Account sharing

1. The ban reason is account sharing, but in fact I effected double-fact identification for security reason and nobody other than myself has access to it even it was hacked.

2. My keybings and spells layout have never changed since lvling, I am wondering if there`s any chance the GM team can check the related data and I`m sure it checks out.

3. As a known fact that Chinese players all need to log game through VPN, thus the IP address varies somethimes, I hope this haven`t be the main reason of the ban.

4. I am a core player in my guild "Blood and Honor", stored plenty consumables for AQ or even NAXX events. Anybody could understand as a player that how hard would it be to gather all that materials and I believe no one would jeopardize themselves to share such account with others.

5. I would really appreciate the GM team can review my case seriously instead of simply declaring the ban is final or such. Because after all, its players and the people who runs this project that makes it a better community.

He is a rich man but who can sharing account with other guys? If u have many gold and share with your friend ? I thInk nobody do that. No way !

it happens a lot because of the vpn changes the ips every time when they log in ,but if the gms a little more time on this case ,u can find out there is always one ip behind vpn,I know Mingge in game ,and I trust him never share his account with anyone else,he is just a rich guy in game and real life ,that doesn't mean he did anything illegal,and im sure he knows about it ,also I think he got reported because he was acting a rich guy in game and people get jearous .so I recommend gms spend a little more tim on his case and lift the ban plz

have no idea how u determine a player has account sharing or not. maybe depend on one's mood? i know GMs all work hard and very tired.But player's account has banned mistakenly is a very cautious thing, it shouldnt make a ban decision easily without true、reliable evidence.

I don't think anyone would like to share their own safe. Even the most loved ones will depend on the situation, I think it is because the players themselves at home and work places have logged on. So it leads to banned.

It is weird that someone get banned because of account sharing under two-factor authentication.
