Cause of death addon for raids

Anyone know an addon that will report cause of deaths to raid chat? Thanks in advance. Been looking around all morning, can't find anything similar to Fatality.

not online atm but im pretty sure one of the CT_mods do this, i know i saw it on one of my addons, ill check later.
