I'm having trouble using my old account

Hello there, I believe I have played Elysium wow before and for some reason after installing and changing the realmlist I can not seem to be able to log in, every time I try to log in using my account (it's my old account which I have been using before) I am getting a disconnected from the server message.

Could anyone help me please?

You have to create a new elysium account.

You then have the option to transfer your old account into the new account.

 

For the transfer to succeed the new account has to have 0 characters on it.
