Badlands Questline (Anathema)

The gnome in front starts a quest called Coolant Heads Prevail and Gyro... what? . Both of these quests  are supposed to lead to two more quests from the gnome behind him, Liquid Stone and Stone is Better than Cloth. I completed the first two quest from Lotwil but the other two from Lucien are not showing up. Anyone know how to get them?

First two require 35, the ones from Lucien require 36 and 38.  Only thing I can think of.

I'm level 42 :( a guy i'm questing with says he was able to pick them up.... How can I contact a GM about it.

Why does Lotwil have an uncompleted quest marker over his head?

 

Are you sure you completed all the quests he gave you?

It's for the rock elemental quests. Vanilla wow db said only Coolant Heads Prevail and Gyro... What? were pre req for the next two

"The next part of this "Chain" does not automatically pop up. It requires that you complete the "Study of the Elements: Rock" chain as well. Once both are completed, you get the "This is going to be Hard" quest. Once you complete that, you get a spiffy trinket that is basically the rogues sprint ability (+50% run speed for a couple seconds)."

Just did these, so complete the rock elemental chain first.
