Account created, WTF file modified but disconnected from server :/

Hi guys ! I'm French, I play at WoW since The start and for me WoW Vanilla was the best time of the game. That's why i need to play with your community on Elysium server.

But a little problem : -My register is ok

                                -The good version of the game is DL

                               -The WTF file is complete with "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org"

And when i need to connect and play, i have "disconnecter from server". I know that a lot of players have exactly the same problem and i try a lot of things lile : add "set realmname elysium PvP, or Nostalrius PvP on WTF=>config file, i switch compatibility mode with windows 8,7, 98. Nothing work.

Someone can help me please ? (I will play tauren chaman then). Thank a lot !!!

change the realmName line to:

SET realmName "Darrowshire"

Post your config.wtf here.

Also, to be safe that it has nothing to do with the issue. Delete wdb and cache folders. You can also try to move the wtf folder out of your wow folder, let a new config.wtf be created (by starting the game and exiting again). And then if you couldnt get it to work add the line

is the "==>   " actually there? if yes, remove it.

And add 

SET realmName "Darrowshire"

ok, i removed ", and i add SET realmName "Darrowshire".

But i can't connect, and the name of the server didn't appear at the bottom left.

AND SET realmName "Darrowshire" disappear from WTF => Config file......really strange

Did you try to actually delete or move the wtf folder OUT of your wow folder. Guarantees it is clean and without errors.
