Me and my brothers accounts is gone?????????

explanation.

We came home. Have not played for 3-4 days.

Both got "wrong password" message, and now it says account has been closed and is no longer aviable to use.

I could not log on to the control panel, because the password did not work. Tried reset password and it says my emailadress is not found.

He can now log on to the control panel and can see hes characters,  i can not find mine.

But i created a new account to reach the forums.


How the hell do we get our passwords to work?  Is my characters gone?

How can my brother reach controlpanel and see his characters but can not log on to the game? :S

Ingame and Forum accounts are different.

To use both, you have to make one account for each.

 

The ban message you get is an automatic system in place that temporarily locks you out when you type in the wrong password or 2FA code multiple times.

This ban usually vanishes after between 15 and 60 minutes.

 

Your characters should be still there.

But we did not type in the wrong password.
I tried 1st and failed so i told my bro to be careful.

Still got the message.

Accounts and characters don't just vanish.

 

Please try it again in a bit and be careful.

Make sure to write the correct account name, password and/or email.

But i dont see my characters under the controlpanel. My bro does tho.
