Constant Disconnects After Logging In

What should I do if I have been getting constant disconnects once I log into the game? It has been going on since January for me. I play in Northern California and have a good internet connection with AT&T. This is the only issue I have with my internet. Before this, I was able to play fine. The highest I have seen my ping is around 20,000 ms.

Have you tried the following?

 

1. Disabling ALL addons

2. Disabling any VPNs

3. Checked network settings

4. Hard reset Router and Internet box

 

These are general first go to items.  Also, delete the WTF folder as well. These were old remedies for Vanilla if memory servers correct.
