carnao 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2017 I'm trying to enable 2fa: i got the email but when i insert the code from the google authenticator i get this message "The six-digit code you provided did not work. In case someone else need an advice.. - you need to create an account for elysium inside google authenticator whit the text code received in the email - use the link in the mail to open the page in the elysium account -use the google authenticator code to confirm activation 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Brisies 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2017 Also, a side note to add to this... You can often get this error if you are Using a different time than what google has set for your current position. To remedy this, you need to go to the 3 dots in the top right corner, select sync, and it will resync your authentication time to google time... however, you will have to do this daily if your IP changes daily like mine does. :D 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
