关于这次的捐款和款项的去向解释

As you all know, we had a chargeback recently that caused the account to go into the Red (negative balance) and it almost put our account under lockout. So let’s take a trip down payment history lane and show you where things are going and how it is going to be used.

众所周知，由于某些人的申请退款（已经捐助给服务器供应商）导致ovh对我们服务器进行锁定以及信用等级变成红色。

所以让我们一起来回顾下过去的购买记录以及如何使用这笔捐款。

When the individual who did the chargeback contacted their banking institution to enact this, it put the account into the negative and shutdown the server.

因为某些人向银行发起申请退款，导致我们OVH的账号被禁用，服务器被关闭。

So between NA/EU/CN we raised about $5.7k Euros, the transaction logs being paid directly to OVH and the dates they were paid are below. However, we will not show individual donations due to privacy concerns. But between the players from ALL over the world, we were able to get the server back up and running and paid up until the following:

所以在北美/欧洲/中国玩家的共同努力下筹得了5700欧元（折合RMB42000），这些捐款直接付给了OVH服务器供应商。

因为隐私的原因我们不提供个人捐款记录截图。但是在全世界玩家的共同努力下，最终我们使得服务器恢复正常运行。

So, where are the rest of the donations going to in the future and how are they being used? As they always have been:

Server Upkeep & Misc. server costs (additional IPs, anti-DDoS protection)

用于服务器的维护以及DDOS防护等费用

OVH Premium Support Services (to make sure we can get support 24/7)

用于购买OVH24小时技术支持服务

Backup server with 3x4TB RAID 5 setup, not hosted at OVH to ensure external storage in case provider issues appear

用于备份服务器的费用（另外的服务器供应商用于存储玩家账号数据防止OVH死机等情况发生）

Domain Names & Website Certificates

用于域名续费 & 网站证书

Jira License (developer’ task-manager)

用于Jira的许可证购买。

Github Premium

用于Github高级会员购买

Mail Services (Sendgrid, etc.. this is how email gets to you from us to reset passwords)

用于邮件服务（比如你在网站重置密码的那个邮件服务）

Forum Licenses

论坛的许可证购买

Misc. marketing (voice acting, video production, etc..)

用于其他杂项（视频产品等）

So, as some might not know, Elysium is not a registered company for obvious reasons so every PayPal account will be a private account. Also, when Anathema was taken offline, it also affected the control panel, so you couldn’t use the donation links like we had in the past. 

恩，可能有一些人会知道，Elysium并不是一个注册公司所以我们接受捐助的paypal账号是私人账户。所以在这次Anathema服务器关闭事件中，也影响到了账号控制面板，所以现在你不能使用过去的paypal捐助链接了。

In conclusion, we appreciate the community and have always stood behind our community because you are the driving force that keeps us going, that keeps us working on the server and to constantly put out updates to better the server and the future of this project.
