New Account Problem

Recommended Posts

I'm attempting to create a new account, and your system keeps telling me that my email address has already been used. Nobody else has EVER had my email address - I own the domain name and the server that runs it. - Can somebody help me rectify this problem? Using another email account is NOT a satisfactory solution.

Well...

  1. NEVER give out your email / login name information to a public domain that is always under attack from other outside groups that seek to undermine the legit status of the group... (You could end up hacked / in the hands of a GOLD SELLER)
  2. Have you attempted a PASSWORD reset JUST to make sure it wasnt in use?  If it was in use you should """"IN THEORY"""" receive an email from them stating a reset instruction
  3. Did you ever at any point have a Valkerie WoW account prior to this?

Get back to us after you try that.  Also, edit out your email address plz....

Ok, I did the "reset password" process, and it sent me an email, using the username I want to register with that email, but then I attempt to login with that username and the password I changed it to, and it tells me "invalid credentials"

Nobody else has ever used this particular email address.

Thanks. I never played vanilla. I played during Burning Crusade some, and a little more during Lich King, but never got into it as much as my old lady was (she's a day 1 addict lol)

The mechanics of vanilla are taking some getting used to.

Yes, vanilla can be a daunting thing to the new comers of our Holy Grail of WoW History.  Things arent as simple as they are today, and require a great deal more focus and effort.  I hope you enjoy what this game has to offer and you share with us your findings :D
