Bloodsail Buccaneers quests (Avast ye Scallyway / Avast ye Admiral!)

Can anyone confirm whether these quests are currently in game (or are supposed to be in this patch)?

I've already grinded to friendly with pirates (by killing a fuckton of Booty Bay guards). But I can't pick up the first quest in the chain Avast ye Scallywag (it just isn't there when I go to talk to Pretty Boy Duncan).

Someone mentioned maybe you need to be Hated with Booty Bay - is this true?

Please help, I want my pirate hat.

Are you hated with Booty Bay yet?  I know you say youre friendly with Buccs but if you arent hated by Booty it wont spawn.

I'd like to know if the quest actually exists on the server though before I do this.

I don't want to grind down to hated just to find out that it's not in this patch yet or something y'know?

I understand, Its quite difficult to say if its in this particular patch or not.  Most of the old archives have been wiped, and the old patch notes dont really detail things as much as they do today.

I want to say yes, as I have read many patch notes pertaining to the BUCCS prior to 1.11, but wowwiki doesnt give much information other than that.  I guess the best way to go about this is getting the QUEST ID number, and paging a GM in game.  These forums arent really tied to your account so its hard for them to say yea or no unlike blizzards sites.  Just page a GM and give him the Quest ID and see if it is indeed available.  I know it is in the client so checking the completed or not script wont help/
