3 people 3 accounts 3 "banned" off and on

Okay. So my friends and I have been playing on elys for a month or so now and have never gone against the user agreements. But as of yesterday (3/24/2017)(NA) my account, and 2 of my friends accounts have been locked. Today we actually got to log on for a  while, but once we re-logged the accounts were again locked. We all play at my place so that is the only thing linking the accounts together. 

Is anyone having this issue? We all put  in for ban appeals yesterday, but no replies yet.

I have reinstalled the client 3 times and 2 of us have the 2FA. And none of our add-ons are "illegal"

Well after  further  investigation I've narrowed it down to me getting  my 4 digit PIN wrong and IP locking my house for a while. So. I guess my new question is....

Is there a way to reset the 4 digit PIN? For the entire time that I've played  it has never asked for that PIN so I had forgotten which set of 4 numbers I used. I keep trying but every combination I would of used for this is incorrect.

We both put in for ban appeals but no replies yet.

Oh. I am sorry. I was just an idiot and thought the auth required some other code i made on the account. For some reason my tiny brain could not figure out it needed the 6 digits from the 2fa auth x.x

when i would put my auth in incorrectly it would temp ban the IP at my house. 2+2 did not equal 4 in my brain for those days haha
