Black Screen when starting wow. MAC OS

So since my laptop just died i am forced to play on a Mac, now that i have downloaded the game and changed the realmlist it went through to the game first, then did some interface and video changes. All went fine there no issues, so after that i went on and popped in the addons AtlasLoot and Questie, and then i got weird video ui issues, so i removed the addons and still i got the video issues so i deleted the old folder and zipped out a new one. Since i did that i only get a black screen some times with the cursor and sometimes without, no music though.

 

Does anyone have any tip or a solution for this issue? I'm not that clever with a Mac

When you start the launcher, go to the options in the bottom left corner, and reset graphic settings. And uncheck full screen mode. Then give it a try.

If that doesnt work try:


1) Navigate to your main World of Warcraft folder 
2) Open the config.wt f file in your WT F folder 
3) Add the following line to the bottom of the file: SET gxapi "OpenGL" 
4) Save and Close 
5) Restart WoW

Hi,

i have too this problem, but i only download from main page game for MAC and unzip this with archive utility, after when i wont start game with wow i have only black screen i see coursor i can move with him but this is all and PC dont working i cant minimalism game, i can only Hart restart me MAC , i can take you Photo . And i dont have launcher in wow file i have only wow to start
