Help - Character cannot move after sailing

My character cannot move after sailing from Booty Bay. My area is unknown and Chat seems disabled.

Please help me as soon as possible.

Use the ingame unstuck tool.

tried the unstuck tool doesnt work i am having the same issue off of BB it says im not anywhere, i cant use general chat, and i cant move or see
