Druid Class Quest and Missing Fishing Pool

The druid class quest chain starring Torwa Pathfinder is bugged the last quest from the chain is not obtainable and it's very good due to the reward it has

The quest name in question is A Better Ingredient

P.S: There are no Stonescale eel Swarms, anywhere. I have searched in Ferales, Tanaris and STV and none were found.

Druid class quest added patch 1.10. Stonescale Eel swarms added patch 1.11.

False and ignorant , what is the logic to have the swarms in 1.9 then be removed in 1.10 just to put it back again 1.11 

and if the other quests are available this one shell be too !

Ouch! Mind my feelings, sir. 

1.10 patch notes: "A new level 52 druid quest that takes place in Un'Goro crater has been added." No parts of the quest chain should be in game I guess.

... All of this is Weird, honestly! 

It was my bad I guess I got confused because I saw the idol of the moon in-game on Anathema Alliance AH and assumed that the 1.11 patch had arrived.
