Alliance player Kizzy exploiting Booty Bay docks to kill everyone. Can't loot quest item.

I know this is against the rules just like multi-boxing. He's just sitting in a certain spot and killing all Horde players. No one can get to boat. In my case I am trying to loot one of the quest items for the Ashenvale quest and can't. Got a bunch of newb trolls from Horde saying you can do this but I know you cant so I just didn't even feed into them barrens #2 chat aka STV. Submitted an in-game ticket. Would be nice to see speedy responses from Elysium stuff instead of letting these kids do as they please. I also got 3 video of evidence against him. Look forward to speaking with someone. It's also my firm belief that he knows it's against the rules but still keeps doing it. Until Elysium starts banning people and holds their ground there will always be racism, obnoxious comments, players exploiting Elysium and no one will do anything about it. Step it up please. He has been there for over an hour as I heard. Tons of skeletons piling up. I could understand if he did it for a few minutes. But there's you cant pvp in certain towns the guards will attack you. Wherever he is standing guards don't detect him. I can't even sap him to try to loot the quest item next to him. Lol
