New phone/ authenticator trouble

Gonna keep it short, old phone broke with authenticator, got a new phone and have no idea how to get my authenticator back. anyone gotten into a similar problem and managed to solve it? Thx in advance :)

Use the original email you got when you activated 2FA with your new phone.

If you don't have that email... well...  your in trouble.
