8/8 BWL 10/10 MC 1/1 Onyxia. Looking for experienced and dedicated raiders for end-game content.

We raid Monday and Thursday at 7pm CST. All classes may apply as our raid spots are competitive.

Mission Statement: Virtue is a North American based semi-hardcore raiding guild that aims to provide a mature, transparent, and fun experience for all members. Our top priority is to build meaningful relationships between guild members to foster memories and positive game experiences. Putting a value on all members, and working as a team, we will facilitate an environment where all goals are attainable.

 

Leadership: As a leadership team our main goal is to provide a transparent guild focused atmosphere. All materials gained from raids and other guild lead events will be used towards bettering the guild, not individuals. We are extremely focused on clearing all content on Elysium as long as the server stays functional. To achieve this we will provide the following:

 

1.Guild run events including PvP & PvE.

2. Loot council spreadsheet that all members can access.

3. Transparent documented guild bank. All items and money in and out will be documented for members to see.

4. Clear expectations provided to members from the leadership team.

5. Open door policy for all members to discuss any issue with any leader.

What we expect from members:

1. Come prepared with consumables (which will be discussed with class officer).

2. Come on time to raid and if not possible let an officer know. It is much worse to just not inform someone.

3. Do your best and be open to constructive criticism.

4. Be an active participant in guild activities and discord.

5. Help guildies even if it doesn't greatly improve your personal situation. Any improvement for a guild member is an improvement for all members.  

6. Be open and communicate thoughts and ideas to leadership in a professional way.
