We have a raider rank within the guild that signifies you are in the core group of raiders and you get an automatic invite. If a raider begins to raid log and or not performing in raids after being talked to by an officer they will be replaced. As for the substitute position those are people who are not guaranteed a raid spot but will be pulled in when someone is missing or we need to replace someone for the reason listed previously. A substitute can earn raider rank when a spot is available and they show they deserve it.   

edit: The reason we are only looking for substitutes at this time is because we have 40 signified raiders. If that changes and we have no one to replace that position internally the post would change to list what we are in need of.
