Cannot Create New Account

Hello,

 

I am trying to create an account for the game and no matter how many different usernames or unique passwords I enter, it never creates the account. I just see "this value is already used" underneath the repeat password field. I've never had an account with this site before so, there isn't a conflict there.

Try creating an account using a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

I have used both Firefox and Chrome to try and create an account. It's as if the page is cut off. I can put in my wanted username, password and email but there isn't a button to "create" the account.

I have. For some reason the page is cut off on the bottom where the register button would be. I even tried it on Safari. It doesn't let me scroll down beyond the "I am not a robot" button. Not sure what I can do about this. Every other page seems to be fine.

Hi,

I'm trying to find some help about that too, I've read your comments and tried them all, but none is working.. (Microsoft, Chrome, Mozilla)

I've tried using differents names, password, emails, but still, it always says : "This value is already used."

Hopefully someone can give me a solution,

I just tried it on my phone and it worked fine. Make sure you're selecting a unique account name, because if it's taken you will see that message.
