Is the AH bugged? Cheaper offer dont appear on the first page, as they should

I have had this several times this and last week: I put in an item, cheaper than the ones in the AH and it should list on the front page, but gets listed on the 2nd page and the following. Yes, the bids are lowest, everything is lower then the prize one was orienting ones undercutting.

List settings are set cheapest first. When I click on the next-page I find even cheaper items then on the front page! where actually all cheapest items should be.

(yes, I play wow since it's release, I know how the AH works^^)

Can this be looked into? This is not normal.

It only lists cheapest bids in order for that page.  If there are multiple pages for items then the 1st pages are items that were listed a long time ago and the later pages are newer.  I could be wrong but that's what the conclusion I've come to after using the ah for awhile.  For example when looking for silk cloth the cheapest prices are always in the back on p6 or p7.
