How start again

I was hacked some time ago and since it was disheartening I just stopped playing for some time but now I want to start playing again and I was wondering if any of you have any ideas on how to get my char rolling again. (57 lvl Tauren shaman)

Any tips or even crazy plays are welcome.

Get 2fa and just play the game.  0 gold or items is just temporary.  Join a group, do some healing and you'll be back to speed in no time.

I got the 2fa but the problem is that I cant join any parties since I have no gear, so i am looking for a way to get some basic gear, any tips or idea...

 

(also, any way to get my +25 fishing pole back???)

If you can heal then you're not all that gear dependant.  Just find a rogue or warrior to heal or kill some lvl 50 mobs on your own

If the pole is a quest time then yes it can be restored.

Ummm, What do I need to do (where to post I guess) to get my fishing pole back?

Make a ticket in game and explain what happened and what quest item you need restored.  They'll get to it in 2 to 3 days.  There was a post from a few weeks ago that detailed how to go about doing that exactly but I can't find it at the moment.

Easiest way is to find a guild and ask some guildmates if they can craft some gear i think. At first it doesn´t really matter if it is bis or not. 
After this you can start questing again and running instances from Maraudon and Sunken Temple upwards.
