Items and gold lost. Account could be compromised.

Hello there, I believe my account was compromised. I lost all character gear, gold and backpack items.

I submitted a ticket in-game.

Enable two factor authentication; GMs does not restore lost gear or gold.

It could be also a database error. Somehow items in additional bags are intact.
