Skewbald 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2017 There is a whole profession income ruined to hell. Prices for a top elixirs discounted by 75-85% Before this, typical hunter had to farm 15g for a stack of Mongoose. Killing mobs or sell things on AH or selling boosts, whatever. Now all he need is just to sell some gray crap, because Mongooses stack costs 2.5g on Auction House. And i have no idea how'd you can fix that thing back.
Hamblin 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2017 Hello, usually when issues like this arise, we need to look at standard economics. You have high demand, low supply and you get high prices like they were before. You significantly increase supply, and these items are much more readily available. Demand lowers, price lowers. Since this change happened so recently, it can easily be argued that the price for these items is not stable, so many players will actually put their price much lower than the actual stabilized price will end up being. We will see how the price stabilizes and if they sit at a reasonable place, and work on adjusting it from there, if necessary. The plain and simple truth is that we won't just change something because of the reaction it causes, because it is not stabilized. We would wait and see after some time for the market to get settled, and then see if it is good from that point on. Tl;dr - with changes like this, you will see prices too high, and prices too low. The market needs some time to level out.
