Hello! Theres my problem: ive mailed with COD a reciepe of crusader enchant for about 2 or 3 days ago, and havent recieved back anything. Ive heared that COD is bugged and person can keep COD items like forever, and im a bit nervous already. Also i cant remember a name of that guy, who wanted to buy it from me. I think he is just exploiting COD system and ruins my gameplay with not letting me sell my crusader reciepe, please help me!

Why you think he exploiting something? Maybe he just not logged in game all that time or just forgot about it.  Are you sure 3 days+2h from the sending date passed?

Hello,

There is actually a bug with COD that makes the mailback time much longer than it should be (~30 days). If you believe that the player is intentionally keeping it and holding out for malicious reasons, feel free to make a report in-game, because at that point the player would be exploiting a known bug.
