Quests: Covert Ops Alpha and Covert Ops Beta; are they bugged?

Hi, these quests are in Stonetalon Mountains and involve planting bombs, however when I try to plant them it sais failed and they disappear and you can't continue the quests. Are they bugged or is there a way to complete them?

I believe the bombs are meant to be a distraction so you can loot the engineering plans? You can also clear the mobs surrounding the plans as well and loot them the old-fashioned way.

Oh, you are right! I just didn't find the plans the first time around and I thought that I have to trigger something first. So I DID manage to complete the quests now, thanks! I guess I'll add to the bug tracker about the bombs.
