Metulon 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2017 So I just broke my phone 2 days ago and realized it was tied to my account as a trusted device to recive verification codes to play on WoW on the Elysium server. I am in need of help disableing the two factor on my account, I am still able to play for now because my ip has not reset yet but I know this is gonna be a issue at some point so I would like to fix this now rather than later. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Metulon 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2017 Greetings I am now lockout of my account due to the client now asking for a verification code. I did how ever notice I got a email on 4/28/2017 to remove the two factor but the link is expired. I know it is my fault I should have clicked the link sooner but I was busy changing jobs at the time. Metulon 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2017 Nvm I was wrong, it was a email to remove ip lock with authenticator not to remove two factor.....
